 Beauty therapist Kelly loves her job so much she can't bear to be away even for sickness or holidays. Kelly started the beauty side of the business more than seven years ago and she's hardly missed a beat since. Plenty of training keeps the staff on top of the latest trends in fashion (even if the latest line in nail polish colours harks back to the seventies and eighties). " I like the people I work with, and I love my clients" says Kelly. " I miss it so much I hate being away. I had a break once and did office work but I hated it - basically I just like gossip" she adds. Kelly has an impressive arsenal of frightening-sounding treatments like spray-tanning, hot stone massage, waxing (ouch) ear piercing, eyelash tinting.. the list goes on... |

 Therapist Carrie is the newest member of the SH&B team, with a 'blue chip' background in beauty therapy that includes spells at the exclusive Champneys and The Sanctuary spas. Suffolk-born Carrie's parents met in Leighton Buzzard 40 years ago and she has lived here for the last two. She is qualified in beauty sciences and worked in a number of salons before joining Champneys at their tring resort and also the Covent-Garden based Sanctuary , both a home-from-home for many celebs.

 Heather is a Style hair and Beauty veteran who these days works only between 11 and 8pm on Thursdays and every other Saturday between 8.30 and 12.30. Following the birth of her daughter Poppy she rejoined us in March 2011. She does a little of everything, and enjoys aromatherapy, waxing, massages, facials and particularly shellac and nail wraps.
